it purchased
154,000 ordinary shares
of par value

("Ordinary Shares")
at an average
price of US$1.04
per share.
Following the above
purchase, the Ordinary
Shares will be
held by the
Company as Treasury
Shares. VNH will
then have 54,013,112
Ordinary Shares with
voting rights in
issue (excluding the
Treasury Shares)
and
569,000 Treasury Shares.
