All new incoming students and transfer students who have been awarded 6450 - Federal or State work-study will have the opportunity to attend the Job Fair. The fair will be held in the Anderson Center on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Students who are eligible to attend are advised to bring their resumes and class schedules with them to campus in order to hand them out at the job fair to prospective employers.

An example resume and guidelines are listed on the Human Resources web page at http://bit.ly/PNJTCg. Students are encourages to review this web page for more information on available work-study positions, facts about the work-study program, and about work-study awards.

Please note that students who receive a work-study award are not guaranteed a work-study position. Students must actively search and apply for positions available with the help of the Human Resources Department. Though the search is competitive, Hamline University has put in place procedures to assist you in securing a job.
