Completed Acquisition of Thrane & Thrane A/S

Cobham plc ('Cobham') notes the announcement made by the UK Office of Fair Trading (OFT) on 9 Augustthat it has decided not to refer Cobham's completed acquisition of Thrane & Thrane A/S ('Thrane & Thrane') to the Competition Commission, under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002.

This announcement means that the UK OFT has concluded its investigation and the matter is now closed.

As announced on 8 August Cobham has delisted the shares of Thrane & Thrane from the NASDAQ OMX at the end of July and is making progress towardsthe compulsory redemption of minority shareholders with completion expected in December 2012.
