This is to announce that a meeting of the Board of Directors of CITIC Pacific Limited ("CITIC Pacific") will be held on Thursday, 16 August 2012 at the registered office of CITIC Pacific for the purpose of, inter alia, approving 2012 half-year results of CITIC Pacific and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2012 and considering the payment of an interim dividend.
