CPI International to Announce Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results

PALO ALTO, Calif. - August 1, 2012 - On the afternoon of Wednesday, August 8, 2012, CPI International Holding Corp., the parent company of CPI International, Inc., expects to file its Form 10-Q for the third quarter ended June 29, 2012 with the Securities and Exchange Commission and to issue a press release regarding its results for the quarter. At 11 a.m. (EDT) on Thursday, August 9, 2012, CPI International will hold a telephonic conference call in conjunction with this release that will be broadcast live simultaneously over the Internet on the company's Web site. Joe Caldarelli, chief executive officer of CPI International, and Joel Littman, chief financial officer, will host the call.
