PHILADELPHIA, July 23, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 9 centsper share, payable on October 18, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2012.
