BOULDER, CO, Jul 17, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Dynamic Materials Corporation ("DMC") (NASDAQ: BOOM), a diversified provider of industrial products and services and the world's leading manufacturer of explosion-welded clad metal plates, will announce second quarter financial results after the stock market closes on Tuesday, July 31, 2012.

Following the release of its financial results, executive management will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast.
