BIRMINGHAM, AL, Jun 22, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Walter Energy Inc. (NYSE: WLT) (TSX: WLT), the world's leading, publicly traded "pure-play" producer of metallurgical coal for the global steel industry, today announced that, in conjunction with the release of its second quarter 2012 earnings results after the market closes Wednesday, August 1, 2012, it will conduct a conference call to be broadcast live via the Internet.
