"I'm not worried about that right now," Claiborne said Thursday. "Everything that I've been hearing is it's been going good. Those guys are the professionals at that. I like to know what's going on, but I leave it up to them and let those guys handle it."
Due to wrist surgery in late March for a torn
ligament, Claiborne hasn't practiced since the Cowboys
drafted him sixth overall. But Cowboys owner/GM Jerry
Jones said team athletic trainers have informed him that
Claiborne should be ready for the start of training camp in
late July.
Thursday's final minicamp practice marked
the Cowboys' last team workout before camp.
"I don't have any doubt that he will be here,
conditioned, ready," Jones said. "He's
gotten a lot of mental (reps) in during this time. That will
serve him well."
