Nexstar Broadcasting to Participate in the Guggenheim Securities 2012 TMT Symposium on June 20

IRVING, Texas, June 14, 2012 - Nexstar Broadcasting Group,
Inc. (Nasdaq: NXST) announced today that President and Chief
Executive Officer, Perry Sook, and Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer, Thomas Carter, will be
participating in the Guggenheim Securities 2012 TMT Symposium
on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Mr. Sook will participate in
"The Changing Broadcast Landscape" panel discussion
at 2:15 p.m. and throughout the day, Nexstar management will
meet with institutional investors at the symposium which is
being held at The St. Regis Hotel in New York City.
