REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 14, 2012-- MicroVision, Inc. (Nasdaq:MVIS), a leader in innovative ultra-miniature laser display technology, today announced that it intends to offer to sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. will act as underwriter in the offering. MicroVision intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
