Evercore to Add Coverage of REITs to its Institutional Equities Business

NEW YORK, June 14, 2012 - Evercore Partners Inc. (NYSE: EVR) announced today that it will add REIT coverage to its Institutional Equities business in New York, with new hires in Sales, Sales Trading and Research. Andrew Crossfield will be joining Evercore as a REIT specialist sales person; Robert Manning will be joining in sales trading; and Sheila McGrath will be joining as a senior research analyst, each with a start date in September. These professionals each have over 15 years of experience with sell-side organizations, most recently with the financial services boutique, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
