Simon Property Group Opens Merrimack Premium Outlets®

MERRIMACK, N.H., June 14, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE: SPG), the world's leading retail real estate company, announced today that it opened Merrimack Premium Outlets®, an upscale outlet shopping center serving the Greater Bostonand Nashuamarkets. Located on a 170-acre site in Merrimackoff the Everett Turnpike at exit 10 (Industrial Drive) in Hillsborough County, the center's Phase 1 is comprised of 410,000 square feet, housing 100 outlet stores featuring high-quality designer and name brands.
A four-day Grand Opening Celebration runs through Sunday, June 17and features live entertainment by popular area musicians, store promotions, giveaways and more. Merchants include Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Bloomingdale's The Outlet Store, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Coach, Cole Haan, Gap Factory Store, J.Crew, Michael Kors, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Talbots, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, White House Black Market, and more.
