MERRIMACK, N.H., June 14, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE: SPG), the world's leading retail real estate company, announced today that it opened Merrimack Premium Outlets®, an upscale outlet shopping center serving the Greater Bostonand Nashuamarkets. Located on a 170-acre site in Merrimackoff the Everett Turnpike at exit 10 (Industrial Drive) in Hillsborough County, the center's Phase 1 is comprised of 410,000 square feet, housing 100 outlet stores featuring high-quality designer and name brands.
