C. Chubb IIIto the Company's Board of
Directors at the Company's 2012 annual meeting of
shareholders held on June 13, 2012.
Mr. Chubb is the President of Oxford Industries, Inc.

worked for our company for more than 20 years, having
started as a summer intern in 1988. He has been
instrumental in the development and execution of
Oxford's strategic objectives and is an outstanding

of Lilly Pulitzer, Ben Sherman and Lanier Clothes, as
well as for our corporate services organization.
