Columbus ARFC Featured in Local Online Magazine

The Columbus Jackaroos and Jillaroos were featured in 614 Magazine, promoting the club and upcoming events including the 2012 49th Parallel Cup and future Nationals.
The CARFC kicked off its inaugural season in 2008 with the Jackaroos (a "jackaroo" is an Australian slang for a cowboy in the Outback) men's team and has only grown since. In 2010, the Jackaroos added their female counterparts, the Jillaroos (Aussie cowgirls), who will square off against regional power Toronto this summer. Looking ahead, the club helped secure Dublin as the venue for the 49th Parallel Cup (USA vs. CAN) this fall, with the USAFL National Championships following in 2013 or 2014.
