Change of Directors at Novogen
Novogen today announced changes to its Board of Directors with the appointment of Mr Steven Coffey and the resignation of Mr Ross Youngman.
Mr Coffey has been a partner in the firm of Watkins Coffey Martin, Certified Public Accountants since 1992. He is based in Sydney.
Mr Ross Youngman has served as a Director of the Company since 2010. In making the announcement, William Rueckert, Chairman stated, "we regret but respect Mr Youngman's decision to retire from the Board and thank him for his service over the past few years. He has been an integral part of the successful restructure of the Company and his input will be missed. We are pleased to have appointed Steve Coffey as a Director and look forward to the financial expertise that he will bring to the Board as we continue to move the Novogen business plan forward."
