CVB FINANCIAL CORP. ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL YEAR 2012 EARNINGS RELEASE DATE, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST
ONTARIO, Calif., December 27, 2012 - CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) and its subsidiary Citizens Business Bank ("the Company"), today announced that it plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012 after the market closes on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Management will hold a conference call at 7:30 a.m. Pacific time/10:30 a.m. Eastern time on January 17, 2013 to discuss the Company's fourth quarter and year end 2012 financial results.
