SUNOCO LOGISTICS PARTNERS L.P. TO WEBCAST FOURTH QUARTER 2012 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL

PHILADELPHIA, January 28, 2013 - Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL) (the
"Partnership") announced today that it will hold a conference call on Thursday, February 21,
2013 at 8:30 a.m. ET (7:30 a.m. CT) to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter 2012. Earnings will be released after the market closes on Wednesday, February 20, 2013.
