ERF Wireless Provides Positive Guidance to Shareholders in Advance of Third Quarter 2012 Financial Filing

Company Anticipates Continued Improvement in Financial Performance Based on Increasing Oil and Gas Rig Count and Revenue Growth for Its Energy Broadband Subsidiary
LEAGUE CITY, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 10/04/12 -- ERF Wireless (OTCBB: ERFB), the operator of the nation's largest terrestrial wireless broadband network servicing the domestic oil and gas sector, announced today that, based on very preliminary revenue estimates for the Q3 ended September 30, 2012, coupled with a steadily increasing number of oil and gas rigs being serviced by its Energy Broadband subsidiary, the company expects meaningful continued improvement in its overall financial performance for Q3 2012.
