WEST LAFAYETTE, IN. -- December 18, 2012 -- Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:BASI) will release financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 ended September 30, 2012 at approximately 8:30 a.m. EST on Thursday, December 27, 2012.
