2012 Annual General Meeting Presentation

Lexington, Massachusetts, and Sydney, Australia - 22 May 2012 AEST - GI Dynamics, Inc. (GI Dynamics or the Company) (ASX: GID) is pleased to provide the attached presentation that will be made at the Company's 2012 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders (the AGM) following the conclusion of the formal business of the meeting.

The AGM is being held at 2:30 p.m. AEST on Tuesday, 22 May 2012 (12:30 a.m. U.S. EDT on Tuesday, May 22, 2012) at the AGL Theatre in the Museum of Sydney, located at the corner of Phillip and Bridge Streets in Sydney, Australia.
