FIVE POINTS, California - November 26, 2012 - S&W Seed Company (Nasdaq: SANW) announced today that Mark Grewal, chief executive officer, will present at the LD Micro Main Event on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 11:00 am PT (2:00pm ET). Accompanying Mr. Grewal will be Matthew Szot, chief financial officer. The conference is being held at the Luxe Sunset Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
