National Research Corporation has helped a Canadian health organization increase its inpatient satisfaction scores by 6.8 percent in all Eight Dimensions of Care. Since the inception of a Patient and Family Centred Care (PFCC) model of care in 2009, Thunder Bay Regional Medical Health Sciences Centre has significantly improved its scores through an innovative and strategic program.
