BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP TO REPORT 2012 FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS AND HOST WEBCAST ON FEBRUARY 5

NAPLES, Florida, January 30, 2013 - Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBGI), a large- and mid-size market radio broadcaster, will release its fiscal 2012 fourth quarter financial results before the market opens on Tuesday, February 5, 2013. The Company will also host a webcast that morning at 11:00 a.m. ET.
Interested parties may access the webcast at the Company's web site at www.bbgi.com. Please allow 15 minutes to register and download and install any necessary software. Following its completion, a replay of the webcast can be accessed for five days on the Company's web site, www.bbgi.com.
