Mercury Systems to Report Second Quarter Fiscal 2013 Earnings and Host Conference Call on January 29, 2013

CHELMSFORD, Mass. - January 8, 2013 - Mercury Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:MRCY) (www.mrcy.com), a best-of-breed provider of commercially developed, open sensor and Big Data processing systems for critical commercial, defense and intelligence applications, will release its second quarter fiscal year 2013 financial results after the market close on Tuesday, January 29, 2013.
Management will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. EST on the same day to discuss Mercury's quarterly financial results, business highlights and outlook. In addition, Company representatives may answer questions concerning business and financial developments and trends, the Company's view on earnings forecasts, and other business and financial matters affecting the Company, the responses to which may contain information that has not been previously disclosed.
