ASTEC INDUSTRIES, INC. (NASDAQ: ASTE) ANNOUNCES ITS FOURTH QUARTER AND 2012 CONFERENCE CALL FEBRUARY 26, 2013 AT 10:00 A.M. EASTERN TIME

CHATTANOOGA, TN (February 18, 2013) - You are invited by Astec Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTE ) to participate in a conference call to review its Fourth Quarter and 2012 financial results.
