(NYSE: GEO) ("GEO") announced that on August 5, 2014, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.57 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on August 29, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 18, 2014.
