Director/PDMR shareholding
SABMiller plc announces that it was informed on 17 October 2012 that on 11 October 2012 Mr Norman Adami, a PDMR, entered into a revised personal loan facility with Investec Bank Limited, and has granted a pledge in favour of Investec Bank Limited over 145,722 ordinary shares in SABMiller plc (together with certain other assets) as security for any amounts which may be due from time to time by Mr Adami under the facility.
Mr Adami remains the beneficial owner of the shares subject to the pledge, and retains full voting rights.
