Intersil Corporation to Announce Fourth Quarter & Full Year 2012 Results on January 30th.

Milpitas, CA, January 14, 2013 - Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: ISIL) will announce its fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 1:45 p.m. Pacific Time. Jim Diller, Intersil's Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Jonathan Kennedy, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will provide details on the company's fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial performance, as well as an outlook for the first quarter of 2013.
