SFR’s leadership: latest figures

SFR provides the largest 3G+ mobile coverage in France with 99% of the population covered by the end of 2012. The operator has also strengthened its leadership in very high speed mobile: it is leader in providing HSPA+ and DC-HSPA+ (Dual Carrier) coverage with respectively 90% and 60% of the population at the same period. Anticipating its initial deployment plan, SFR also launched the first 4G commercial offers in France for the general public and companies, in Lyons and Montpellier. During the first half of 2013, the cities of Lille, Marseille, Toulouse and Strasbourg will also launch commercially. Other cities will follow during the second half of the year to cover over 10 cities by the end of 2013. SFR also remains the first unbundler In very high speed broadband in France and hast started its deployment in optical fiber in less densely-populated areas of France.
