Seeds Finance Rebranded as Morningstar Investment Consulting France

Lire ce communiqué de presse en français CHICAGO/PARIS, Jan. 30 2013 - Seeds Finance, a subsidiary of independent investment research firm Morningstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: MORN), has been rebranded as Morningstar Investment Consulting France. The move marks the next step in the integration of Seeds following Morningstar's acquisition of Seeds Finance in 2010.
Founded in 2002, Seeds Finance provides financial investment advice to institutional investors, platform providers, asset managers, and banks. The team specialises in portfolio diagnostic, monitoring, risk management, asset allocation, and manager selection in the fields of alternative investments and active management. The company recently introduced advisory management services.
Jean-François Bay, co-founder of Seeds Finance and managing director of Morningstar France, said, "The Morningstar brand is well recognised in the investment community, and we remain committed to providing our clients with high-quality products and services from Morningstar Investment Consulting France."
Morningstar Investment Consulting France has 10 employees based in Paris. The subsidiary is part of Morningstar's Investment Management division, which has approximately 110 investment professionals worldwide.
