Il nuovo forno ad alta temperatura inFire HTC speed offre ai laboratori odontotecnici vantaggi in termini di tempi e costi, oltre ad una grande versatilità e facilità d'utilizzo.
Bensheim, 21.01.2011. Sirona, leader tecnologico dell'industria dentale, ha immesso sul mercato un nuovo forno ad alta temperatura, inFire HTC speed. Questo nuovo forno velocizza notevolmente il processo CAD/CAM nella realizzazione di strutture in ossido di zirconio, riducen-done la durata del ciclo di sinterizzazione fino ad un 75 %.
L'enorme risparmio di tempo è possibile grazie agli elementi riscaldanti di nuova concezione, all'isolamento interno e ai contenitori di sinterizza-zione. Ora i restauri in ossido di zirconio (ponti fino a 5 elementi) possono essere sinterizzati in soli 90 minuti. Un ponte CAD/CAM in ossido di zirconio rivestito con Multilayer può essere realizzato in una giornata. La funzione timer permette all'odontotecnico di programmare la sinterizza-zione durante la notte. I tempi di riscaldamento e raffreddamento più brevi migliorano notevolmente l'efficienza energetica dell'apparecchio.
inFire HTC speed è molto facile da usare. Si può scegliere in linea gene-rale tra programmi di sinterizzazione regolari e rapidi. I programmi rego-lari di sinterizzazione sono già preimpostati per le ceramiche Sirona, VITA Zahnfabrik e Ivoclar Vivadent. Sono inoltre disponibili i programmi di sinterizzazione rapida preimpostati inCoris ZI speed e VITA In-Ceram YZ speed per i materiali Sirona e VITA Zahnfabrik. Tali programmi ac-cellerano il processo di lavoro grazie ad un semplice tasto. Si possono inoltre impostare individualmente altri 12 programmi di sinterizzazione rapida o di lunga durata. Quattro programmi di sinterizzazione con prea-sciugatura e ventilazione permettono la sinterizzazione ottimale dei re-stauri trattati con liquidi coloranti.
