Calgary, AB, December 14, 2012 -- Quorum Information Technologies (Quorum) announced today that its first Customer Conference held in last November in Toronto, Ontario, exceeded expectations of all customer and partner attendees. The exciting conference was aimed at facilitating Quorum's customers' knowledge, training and input into the company's premier dealership and customer management system, XSELLERATORTM. The conference encouraged networking among users, partners and Quorum personnel.
Held November 27th and 28th at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport, the two day event was packed with educational workshops focused exclusively on topics that can help dealerships use the Quorum DMS to make more money, create efficiencies and further satisfy their customers. Sessions included hard-hitting content such as "Communicator: Increasing CSI by Communicating with Your Customers… on Their Terms", "Support & Training: Tools and Methods to Get Help and Training When You Need it", as well as partner sessions such as "50 Best Practice Campaigns to Get the Most Out of Your CRM" (presented by DealerSocket). All sessions were interactive, and produced lively discussions and participation from attendees.
Among the significant benefits to conference attendees were the networking opportunities with other Quorum customers, and Quorum's partners and executive management - which can only be achieved through such in-person sessions. The conference survey results were overwhelmingly positive. 100% of the attendees stated that the conference exceeded their expectations.
