VALLEY NATIONAL BANCORP TO ANNOUNCE THIRD QUARTER 2012 EARNINGS
Wayne, NJ - Tuesday, October 2, 2012 --- Valley National Bancorp (NYSE:VLY)("Valley"), the holding company for Valley National Bank, announced that it will release third quarter results for 2012 before the market opens on Thursday, October 25, 2012.
Valley's Chairman, President and CEO, Gerald H. Lipkin will
