Sinopec Heilongjiang Oil Products Company signed a framework agreement with China Post Heilongjiang Branchon February 21. Under this agreement the two sides will further consolidate their existing cooperation, expand areas of cooperation by sharing resource and innovating business development mode, and accelerate the expansion and profit increase of postal and petrochemical business. Projects that have been worked on by both sides include oil purchase and sale, convenient service stations and fueling service of Ziyouyizu members. Forthcoming cooperation includes business travel ticketing, logistics, books and newspapers, Ule card and convenience store goods.
