ProAssurance Announces Dates for 4th Qtr 2012 Earnings Release and Conference Call

BIRMINGHAM, AL - January 23, 2013 -- ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE: PRA) will report results for the fourth quarter of 2012 after the close of normal New York Stock Exchange trading on Tuesday, February 19, 2013.

ProAssurance will conduct a conference call at 10:00 am ET on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 to discuss the results, its view of the medical professional liability industry and corporate events of interest to investors.  Investors are invited to participate by phone by dialing (888) 452-4023 (toll free) or (719) 325-2376.  The conference call will also be webcast on Streetevents.com, and through the Investor Relations section of ProAssurance.com.
