MINNEAPOLIS - Feb. 28, 2013 - Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT), the world's leading medical technology company, today announced it will participate in the Cowen and Company 33rd Annual Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, in Boston.

Chris O'Connell, executive vice president and president of Medtronic's Restorative Therapy Group, will make a presentation about Medtronic beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST (9:00 a.m. CST).
