WICHITA, Kan., Nov. 29, 2012 - Black Hills Energy employee Shane Cornelius, an operations technician in Wichita, has been recognized by the company for five years of service to the Wichita community. Significantly, Cornelius has had no chargeable vehicle accidents or lost time injuries in all those years of service.

"We value the safety of our customers and employees above all else," said John Stark, Black Hills Energy's Wichita operations supervisor. "The efforts of dedicated employees such as Shane are key to the company's ability to

"Shane is a great example of an employee who actively pursues opportunities for personal and professional growth, to the benefit of our customers and our company," said Stark.
