(Nasdaq:HOME), announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share and a special dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock. The combined dividend of $0.18 per share will be payable on December 27, 2012, to stockholders of record as of December 13, 2012.
