Aquisição de Participação Acionária
A BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros ("Companhia") comunica que, nos termos do Artigo 12 da Instrução CVM nº 358/02, conforme alterada, recebeu correspondência, em 4 de fevereiro de 2013, de seu acionista Vontobel Asset Management, Inc. na qual informa que a participação dos clientes para os quais atua como consultor de investimentos alcançou, de forma agregada, 129.910.260 ações ordinárias, o que representa aproximadamente 6,56% das ações emitidas pela Companhia. in our clients portfolios which we serve as an Investment Advisor. The buy increased the beneficiai aggregate ownership ofBVMF3_BZ- BM&F Bovespa SA
above the 5% filing requirement to 129,910,260 shares representing 6.56% of outstanding shares of 1,980,000,000.
