TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, SABMiller plc advises that as at today its capital consists of 1,594,932,045 ordinary shares with voting rights, and a further 72,068,338 ordinary shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in SABMiller plc is therefore 1,594,932,045 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations bywhich they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SABMiller plc shares under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
