Dan Maloney Joins Encompass Insurance as Sales Vice President

02/12/2013 - NORTHBROOK, Ill.
Daniel (Dan) Maloney joined Encompass Insurance last month as vice president of sales. He reports to the company's president, Tom Ealy.
"Our business, which is focused on a highly differentiated personal insurance offering sold through independent agents, is growing and is a critical part of our parent company's aggressive plans for the future, said Ealy. "Dan is the right leader to help Encompass profitably grow for the long term."
Maloney comes to Encompass from Kemper Specialty, a $500 million business unit of Kemper Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Dan's 14 years with Kemper also included stints as a Regional Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Christian University.
