Union Pacific Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

Omaha, Neb., February 07, 2013- The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) has declared a quarterly dividend of 69 cents per share on its common stock, payable April 1, 2013, to stockholders of record February 28, 2013.
Union Pacific has paid dividends on its common stock for 114 consecutive years.
